We\u2019ve worked with them in recent years to respond to the growing demand for both organic and gluten-free products.<\/p>\n<p>Food safety is always a top concern, and identifying and mitigating potential food safety hazards begins during the preliminary design phase. In addition to the normal HACCP and SQF principles, baking facilities must also take special care to have proper allergen separation as well as ingredient dust explosion prevention.
